You have seen above how to easily and quickly make a liter of coconut milk.
You can vary endlessly with this freshly made coconut milk. For example, you can make a fruity drink from it for a hot summer day, you can use the leftover coconut for a savory curry and you can use the coconut milk to make coconut pancakes.
One of our favorites is a COCONUT & TURMERIC LATTE
You can do this in two different ways.
METHOD 1
If you have already made the coconut milk and you do not want to use the full liter for a Turmeric latte, heat 1 mug of the coconut milk in a pan. Stir in 1 teaspoon of Turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a spoonful of raw honey. Et Voila! Your Turmeric Latte is ready and you still have enough coconut milk left in the refrigerator to drink later.
METHOD 2
You can also make the Turmeric Latte fresh in your MULSI. In addition to the coconut grater, also add the following fresh ingredients to the MULSI SIEVE:
- 2 heads of fresh turmeric
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick / 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch black pepper (to activate the Turmeric)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
You mix all these ingredients together in the sieve with a hand blender and you see your fresh Turmeric Latte being created.
Taste and add some extra sweetener, a pinch of salt or a pinch of pepper if necessary to flavor the Kurkumma Latte.
Enjoy!
